~~Donate Money.This may be the easiest way for you to help greyhounds move from their racing careers to a forever home in a healthy and happy manner. Monetary donations are always needed and much appreciated. They are applied towards transportation and adoption supplies, greyhound care and administrative costs. Finding Homes for Retired Racing Greyhounds
~~Foster a Dog.We always need foster homes for greyhounds leaving the track or completing the Prison Program. By fostering, you are providing a dog with the opportunity to acclimate to life in a home environment. It is an important step in the "track to retirement" process as it provides us with valuable information about the dog's personality and his/her ability (or inability) to interact successfully and safely with children and other animals, helping us ensure the best match possible for each dog and adopter. You are provided with food, monthly heartworm and tick/flea preventative and any medicine the greyhound may need while being fostered by you.
